How long does shipping take?

Within the United States, it usually takes 5-7 business days, and internationally, it's 7-14 business days. Please note that holiday or event periods may result in extended delivery times.

Refunds and Returns

Can I return my purchase?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following types of payment for online purchases: Amex, Visa, Maestro,Discover, JCB, Mastercard, Paypal and Unionpay.When selecting PayPal as a method of payment at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal website to "Log In" and review the amount shown before clicking "Pay Now". Once this transaction is complete, you will then be redirected to FIME JEWELRY

Is my payment secure?

All submitted personal and payment information are encrypted for your security.

What is my security code on my credit card?

A security code is made of 3 or 4 digits. This code is used to secure sales transactions made online. For American Express credit cards: the 4-digit code is printed on the front of your card, to the right of your main credit card number. For all other credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover…): the 3-digit code is printed on the back of your credit card, in the signature box.
